The lecture will propose transnational aspect of smart specialization in ICT for the use in area of tourism based on cultural heritage. This means that some regions could be smart specialized in inclusion of cultural heritage in the tourism offer by use of ICT tools in different ways e.g. for:

-visibility of cultural heritage by creating interactive maps, GIS applications, virtual tours...

-marketing tools like: linked in groups, facebook groups, Instagram, Twitter, You tube, multimedia presentations, customized ICT tools, open innovation aproaches...

Transnational aspect of S3 means that region/с which is smart specialized in ICT could include ICT tools in cultural heritage management of more regions such making it sustainable, accessible and oriented to technologies which are friendly to the youth, but to marginalized people, too.
